A friend who also runs a label factory<\/a><\/strong> called today, wanting to visit our facility and exchange ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was certainly open to the idea, though we had to postpone the visit; I\u2019ve been busier than ever lately. While I initially handled only the sales side of fabric labels<\/a><\/strong>, my role has evolved to resemble that of a factory manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I handle everything from the smallest details\u2014like buying a trash can\u2014to major tasks like recruiting technicians for our wash care labels<\/a><\/strong> production line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of these tasks are new to me and incredibly tedious; I often feel dizzy from the daily rush. Yet, when I lie in bed at night and reflect on it all, I realize it\u2019s actually a great learning experience that really hones my skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve also taken over the purchasing of ink, a responsibility that used to belong to my mother. Without this hands-on experience, I never would have realized just how much there is to know about wash care labels ink. Different printing effects require specific ink formulations; if you don’t understand this and just buy whatever is available, even the most skilled technician won’t be able to achieve the desired results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timing is also crucial in procurement. Last Friday, a client placed an order for a new six-color clothing care labels. Since the size was uncommon, we only had three printing cylinders on hand\u2014but the job required six.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took charge of the task and immediately sent the purchase order to the supplier; their sales rep verbally promised to arrange it right away. However, when I followed up this Monday, I discovered their factory had simply forgotten to process the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a lesson in my own lack of experience. In the future, I\u2019ll make sure to ask for the shipping tracking number immediately to prevent such oversights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter how small the task, staying organized is key\u2014and every action adds to my experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My greatest sense of accomplishment comes from successfully recruiting two key employees after more than two months of effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One is a technician with 20 years of experience in the wash care label industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has a family, is meticulous in her work, and offers the stability needed for long-term growth. As a manufacturer of high-quality wash care labels, we value stability in our workforce; high employee turnover makes quality control difficult. This role requires a steady hand and meticulous attention to detail, and I am confident that our new QC staff member\u2014with guidance from colleagues\u2014will soon become a top-notch professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have every confidence in this. Ms. Wang, our factory\u2019s QC specialist, spent three years at a Japanese plant before joining us, and she has been with us for nearly six years now. It is virtually impossible to find a single defective item among the goods she has inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I now find myself happily taking the initiative to handle factory affairs. The reason is practical: seeing my parents age, I know I will have to take over the business sooner or later. I cannot simply remain on the sidelines\u2014especially since a brick-and-mortar factory represents one of today\u2019s most valuable assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
