I am Ruan Qiuyue, born in the mid-1990s, a second-generation factory owner. Back in 2003 in Liaobu, Dongguan, my family founded a printed label factoy, which has now been running for 23 years. I grew up helping out in the factory and have been immersed in everything related to label printing and production from a young age. In 2024, I personally registered Dongguan Jiachen Packaging Products Co., Ltd., first taking over the business operations of the factory, and then its overall management.
My wholehearted dedication to the family factory is practical: as my parents are getting older, the time will inevitably come when I must take the reins. I cannot stay on the sidelines. Besides, owning a physical factory is one of the most valuable resources in today’s society.
Why register a company if I already have a factory?
For me, it’s a way to put pressure on myself and take responsibility. With a company under my name, there is no turning back—I have to find every possible way to make it succeed.
The past two years have brought me growth beyond imagination. Every task is handled personally by me; every order—from receiving it, sourcing materials, managing production, to shipping, and even packaging and delivering to the customer—is under my direct supervision. Not a single step is overlooked. My growth has been like riding a rocket: I now have a thorough understanding of craftsmanship and raw materials and am capable of handling most operations independently.
What gives me the greatest sense of accomplishment is not how many orders I have taken, but that every client who has worked with me consistently praises the experience: I am not just a service representative, but a professional and warm consultant, providing detailed explanations and confirming every detail.
Our factory holds international authoritative certifications such as Disney Certification, UL Global Certification, and FSC Certification.
Owning a physical factory gives me a solid foundation in life. I am fortunate to have a platform far better than most young people today.
Choosing this industry means committing to it for life. Registering a company and a trademark under my own name and building a brand demonstrates my long-term mindset. When your personal reputation and assets are on the line, there is no retreat—you can only make it work and make it excel.
Determination must be strong, and one must dare to dream and push forward.
In the eyes of many, when people think of Chinese manufacturing, the first image that comes to mind is often counterfeit goods, shoddy workmanship, and cutting corners.
Our factory is exactly the opposite. We continuously optimize and improve both manufacturing quality and service. I am still young—if not in 10 years, then in 20—I am committed to staying grounded, working steadily and diligently, and emerging successfully should not be difficult.
I also want to say that my goal is not only to gain recognition within China but also to build a reputation and brand internationally, so that foreign clients can see that China has a great small factory that designs and produces high-quality labels.
