I love doing things that my peers in the wash care label industry don’t quite understand. I invested a great deal of time and energy into designing a signature wash care label featuring my own brand logo: “Ruanqiuyuelabel.”
I often pondered how to showcase our printed care labels directly to prospective clients while still protecting the privacy of our existing customers. I wanted them to see the quality of our custom care labels firsthand.
That is how the “Ruanqiuyue” fabric label came to be; it serves primarily as a promotional tool, with new designs currently in development. Placing this exclusive label in the product section of my official website makes a strong impression—it demonstrates a level of personal commitment and branding that is truly unique in this industry.
Our factory serves a diverse clientele, primarily from Europe, the US, Japan, and South Korea, including over a dozen top-tier brands like Disney, Hello Kitty, and Bandai. While we work with more than 200 clients—including major international brands bound by strict non-disclosure agreements—and could easily use any of them for promotional imagery, I chose a different path.
I enjoy creative challenges and want to convey a specific message to my clients: I am building our factory—Jiachen Label Printing—with the same care and vision one applies to a consumer brand. Every detail of our operation is meticulously planned and executed with integrity and sincere intent.
Using my own name for a signature promotional care label is the perfect, confident choice—a move that is difficult for anyone other than a direct manufacturer to pull off.
For my debut wash care label, I opted for a six-color design. I used top-tier “Profito” inks for vibrant color and selected three distinct materials for printing:
- Eco-friendly recycled tape with woven edges
- Imported tape with high tensile strength (withstanding up to 21 lbs of pull)
- Imported satin ribbon with a silk-like sheen and a smooth, luxurious feel（Suitable for single-sided printing）
