A common issue in our industry is that the two most critical steps—printing and cutting—are often handled by a single operator managing multiple machines. After setting up one machine, the worker moves on to the next, leaving the first one running unattended.
Our production model is the exact opposite: we assign specific personnel to specific machines. Whether it is the printing technician or the cutting technician, they remain constantly attentive. This ensures that any defective wash care labels are spotted and corrected immediately.
This is especially crucial for orders of this magnitude. While the cost of a wash care labels is negligible compared to the final product, a quality issue affecting the entire batch could result in massive losses.
There are many benefits to refusing to engage in “race-to-the-bottom” price wars, credit-based sales, or low-end, cut-rate business.
